Current State of Play - Since the Coronavirus struck and restrictions were in place, we had a very bad season last year. We opened in May. If you want to give bowls a try, please come to the green and ask for details.

Founded in 1908. Affiliated to EBA, SCBA, LPBA

Opening times : April to September

Monday to Friday 2.00 pm – 4.00 pm (Tuesday & Thursday open 6:00 - 8:00 pm When Possible)

Saturday & Sunday 2.00 pm – 4.00 pm (When Possible)

If you are aged 16+, we provide tuition. Give it a try. You may be surprised and enjoy the experience.

Come along and enjoy a friendly game of bowls during the summer afternoons.

This is a game where both Men & Women can compete on equal terms.
